Terms of Use Agreement ( "Agreement") presents the detailed terms and conditions which use the website identified Sanoo.ro www.sanoo.ro (Sanoo ").
This Agreement is entered into between Sanoo and you as user of the website ( "User").
A. Acceptance and Application of Terms and Conditions.
A.1 ( "User") is the person accessing and using any and Sanoo any purpose. The user is the person who uses this Site and all legal entities represented by such person as empowerment of fact or law.

C.9 not linked to sales of products and services that violate or encourage violation or infringement of copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights and privacy or publicity of any third party or other rights of third parties

C.11 not promote racial discrimination, sexual, religious, ethnic, the disabled, over age or sexual orientation

C.13 not otherwise create nuisances for Sanoo or its affiliates
C.14 reserves Sanoo right to decide on Sanoo remove any material that we consider illegal, that violates this Agreement or is not appropriate in our view.
D. Limitation of Liability

E. Intellectual Property Rights
